1. What we collect

• Account info: email, name, and password (hashed) when you sign up.
• App data: searches, leads, notes, and outreach status you create.
• Usage data: basic logs (pages visited, errors) to keep the app reliable.

2. How we use it

We use your data to provide the Service, authenticate you, process payments (via our billing provider), and contact you about account or product updates. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Third-party services

LeadForge uses Google Places to source business data, and a backend provider (Supabase) to store your account and app data. Payments, when enabled, are processed by Stripe. Each provider has its own privacy policy.

4. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising cookies.

5. Data retention

We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days except where retention is required by law.

6. Your rights

You can access, update, export, or delete your data at any time from your account settings, or by emailing support@leadforge.app. EU/UK users have additional rights under GDPR.

7. Security

We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. No system is 100% secure — please use a strong, unique password.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app notice.
