1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using LeadForge ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
LeadForge helps users discover local businesses and organize sales outreach. Business data is sourced from third-party providers including Google Places. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or freshness of any lead data.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity under your account. You must provide accurate registration information and notify us of any unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use LeadForge to send spam, harass businesses, violate any anti-spam laws (including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL), scrape data in violation of third-party terms, or resell raw lead data.
5. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
6. Intellectual property
LeadForge and its branding are owned by us. Lead data displayed in the app may be subject to third-party rights and is provided for your internal sales use only.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your settings page.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy of data, or any particular sales results from using the Service.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeadForge will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits or revenue.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
